Skirting strip cutter

Solid handheld tool for cutting carpet strips with exchangeable blades. Stepless adjustment from 4 to 10 cm in width.
During cutting, the skirting strip cutter is pushed forward along the edge of the carpet. The cutter is a reasonable alternative to electric skirting edge cutters.
