Speedbinder

This practical binding machine replaces the conventional looping machine. Take the Speedbinder along to the building site or use it in your own workshop. This solid and sturdy machine offers an enormous variety of uses, ranging from small doormats to the automated production of kilometres of skirting strips, from needlefelt, cut-to-size carpets to fittings. With the machine guided along the carpet on its rollers, large expanses of carpet can be worked by just one person. No rework is required when binding narrow tapes. With the added wide tape binder, the Speedbinder can also be used to process 12 cm wide carpet binding tapes.
Many "Speedbinder"-machines of the 70^ths are still working. The easy handling of the "Speedbinder"-machine makes it an allrounder used by Industry, Commerce and Trade.

Outfitters of aircraft, yachts, mobile homes, cars and trucks rely on the Speedbinder. Shapes and cuttings necessitated by technical design, also with sharp inner edges, can be bound easily. Ultimate demands in terms of material quality are also satisfied. Water-resistant and flame-retardant carpet binding tapes are also found in the product range.

Mode of work

Unlike in conventional overlock sewing machines with loose yarn insert, prefabricated carpet binding tapes are sewn in. As this method uses much fewer stitches, it goes easy on the material.
The Speedbinder allows different carpet qualities to be worked, without refitting or switchovers delivering consistently perfect results also for textile, nonwoven or woven materials.
Compared with conventional binding, the use of decorative tapes allows greater creative freedom.

Form fittings

Any shapes and cuttings can be edged evenly and attractively all round without extra edge or corner tacking.

Overlock tapes

Quick-Step overlock tapes are mainly used. These are meanwhile available in 111 colors. Other decorative tapes such as Ontario or Objekta are added to this rich assortment.
